Start small so you can still do it tomorrow. Happy you are able to exercise again. So does that mean your health is better now?

It's getting there. My doctor cleared me to start exercising and lifting again. I still hurt, but I'm hoping maybe the exercise will help. The doctor said the only thing that will permanently take care of my pain is a hysterectomy. Want to avoid that as long as possible.
