Oh no. I am at a wellness and detox center in Thailand right now. I'm doing one week raw vegan and then full fasting for seven days. But I have made them at home before. It's easy. Just pour flaxseeds and chia seeds into a bowl and then cover with water. Wait 20 minutes and stir it up. Pour onto pan, flatten out -- should be like paste over pan -- then put in oven to dry out. I usually set oven at 100•C for several hours. I just keep checking.

Nice looking salad! I hope that Fast goes well. I had started into day 3 but was drawn to my grinder and French press so cracked and had coffee and that killed the coffee crave and the small head ache I had for day 2. But that was it. Back on the water but will hit that french press up again if the need arises. Fasting works super well for me and I eat what ever just not processed foods or “SUGARS”! Have a look at the U-tube for Dr Jason Fung MD out of Toronto, got some good stuff on fasting.

Yes fasting is great but I have a hard time controlling myself at home. I can do it in an environment like this. Thanks I'll check out the YouTube recommendation.
