I fell of the wagon a little bit this weekend. I had two bbq's on saturday and ate too much food and drank too my alcohol. I didnt weigh myself yesterday or today so I wouldnt get discouraged and give up. I did eat too little yesterday - less than 1500 calories - but I think that was more due to the heat making me lose my appetite. I didnt actually feel hungry until 7 or 8 at night, but had to eat lunch to take some medicine. bleh. We will see I guess; I will weigh in tomorrow morning and see where I stand.
