Hopefully some of the gain is still water weight as my ankles were rather swollen after the flight. Still some is the real gain, which was kind of expected with holidays, travel and eating all the fruit while travelling. Fruit was a concious decision as they were delicious and in peak of ripeness, and what is the point of travelling if you cannot enjoy the local offerings. Now back to losing weight. My first goal is to be at 170 by the end of January.
