One of my absolute favorites!! I look forward to it, or something like it like salmon or shrimp or haddock. Pesto is completely amazing. Made shrimp Alfredo for the kids because they prefer the pasta. The hubby and I absolutely crave zoodles with this meal and we used zero Alfredo sauce this time for us. A first for him , me not so much. Pesto is just super flavorful and healthy.

The thing that kills me, calorie-wise, is that when I cook shrimp or scallops, I want to dip each one in melted butter in several small bites! I LOVE BUTTER!
