April 16 was my first day of Keto. Today I can certainly say I feel SO much better!
I have been trying different things for the last year and I think I finally found a solution.
Learning lessons of keto: When take a 2 hour car trip ends up being 3... being snacks. And don't fast. On the way back I did coffee with heavy whipping cream, what a Hit! No hunger for hours.
And heavily salty restaurant meats will cause water retention.
