so far today is going a whole lot better than yesterday. i'm on track so far still need to walk buster for additional 30 min of exercise. I ate according to the plan today without too much difficulty. it helped that we had dinner a little earlier than 9:30. i did walk buster but we walked for 30 min so that's great. the best thing of all is that my husband is totally on board with this his support should really make a difference. he has seen me start about 50 diets and go off of them this time i am really committed
