Still at it. Haven’t weighed myself lately because I don’t want the disappointment. I’ll wait awhile and maybe be pleasantly surprised. Not holding my breath. Been walking every day without fail. Been walking for 5-6 weeks maybe? I’ll look back on that.
Today I have boiled a big pot of water with tea bags in it. What a difference in boiling vs just hot water from the tap. More healthy boiling out whatever crap we have in our water. As far as what I drink in the day, I drink tea and electrolyte water.
I boiled more water and made Hummingbird feeder water with sugar. Climbed the ladder a few times to get and replace the feeders. I lugged a bunch of bags full of clothes to Goodwill. Now gonna paint a table. Big day.
