It really blows when we have to learn lessons like this and then we feel like we set ourselves back. But a lesson learned is not a waste cause we will carry it with us and won't make that same mistake again.

Toni, you know what to do.. water, water, water and if you think those Atkins bars are putting you at the stall - put the boxes to the side :( Test it out.. You've come so far along and doing oh so well.. Don't let this get you down.. You can do it girlie!! One Day at a time and we're in this together!!

@ Jaime - it's a crappy lesson but at least I know without a doubt that I can't have them. @ Dorothy - I put the bars in a box in the garage. Stupid bars. I'm not giving up even though I'm really disappointed. To both of you, I appreciate all of the support that I get from you guys. Thank you so much.
