Just got done making a few simple salads (mix from Walmart + cucomber) grilled some chicken breast tonight for dinner all halved and sliced 5 of them to drop into the salads. Bought some "fresh" strawberries and blue berries along with some yogurt and granola and made some yogurt parfaits. Well actually I only mixed 1 container of yogurt and berries. I froze the other cut berries and will mix those the morning before I go to work. I hope that will curve my desire for sweets while at work. I don't know how but I hardly consumed any calories today with a total consumed at 842.
