Had good power on my bicycle ride today, and will now repeat what I ate yesterday to see if it makes a difference tomorrow morning.

Had lean beef and an egg for breakfast, lean pork chops, sardines, and then lean beef again. Four meals with near 40 grams of protein each.

Suspect muscle recovery may have greater influence on the day-to-day power output, but it would be helpful if a certain feeding routine speed up healing.

Don't know before it is tested.
