Well I had my weekly weigh-in today. I had a pretty good week eating and got some workouts in including some golf this weekend in some oppressing heat. I was holding out for some quite optimism but alas I guess it wasn't my week. I can't say it was a bad week being it is 1.6 pounds but i've been averaging around 2.7 a week so I guess this is just one of my level weeks. Kind of a little down about it but hey it happens just gotta buck up and move on. If anything it is driving me to want to go to the gym a couple extra days this week (hopefully).

BTW what's with the color change before you get to 50%. I'm showing up yellow but I haven't gotten to 50% yet. Weird.

Milestones:
4.6 lbs – 50% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!
13.9 lbs - Under 200 for the first time in forever
22.6 lbs - No longer obese ever again
34.2 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!

Vinny, You are totally on top of this. You have to believe it, your attitude says it all "makes you want to work out more/harder" Slow weight loss is the key to long term life change and weight management. You are right on track, so keep the motivation and the hard work flowing. We are totally behind you and excited for you. TG
