Attempted first "post-op" distance walk... almost a mile and a quarter... half-speed, a little winded, but grateful to be able to do such a distance without stopping.

So happy to hear you are up and getting about. Don't push it but do try adding a few more steps in each day. It takes time for you body to recover but it will. just pay attention to what it tells you. Don't exhaust yourself. You could make that same distance (or a bit more even) by doing two shorter walks a day. You are doing great, so be proud of each little accomplishment.

You’re back at it! Nothing will keep you down for long. Awesome. Just don’t overdo it too fast too soon. Keep at it slowly and you’ll build back up to it my friend ❤️
