Had my Physical yesterday, Dr reminded me that I don't work out, eat too much, too late and too much junk... he thinks I'm larger than I am because the nurse put my weight on the chart as 232.2.... I figured I'd take the blows from him because I deserve them. I've been enjoying McD's way too much. it's so affordable though. I wish healthier choices were affordable and on a dollar menu! Next Dr apt will be wearing basketball shorts and flip flops in stead of my heavy Jean's filled with stuff and my steel toe boots- the Dr will be so impressed with my weight loss

I like your thinking for your next visit!!! It sure can be hard to get healthy food when money is tight. Looking for deals, buying in bulk may help. Frozen veggies can be more affordable sometimes.
