Had my Physical yesterday, Dr reminded me that I don't work out, eat too much, too late and too much junk... he thinks I'm larger than I am because the nurse put my weight on the chart as 232.2.... I figured I'd take the blows from him because I deserve them. I've been enjoying McD's way too much. it's so affordable though. I wish healthier choices were affordable and on a dollar menu! Next Dr apt will be wearing basketball shorts and flip flops in stead of my heavy Jean's filled with stuff and my steel toe boots- the Dr will be so impressed with my weight loss
