Hello 133! I am assuming since I have still been eating within my range even though I am on my period and by bumping it up a mile or so a day is why I have seen the quick drop in my weight. I dunno but I like it! :)
So part two of my day.... i got tons done today. Yay! But i didn't eat very much and i don't know why i wasn't hungry enough to even finish my supper. I did record everything i ate though. I had to subtract the other thing i had originally put on my plate. Then i felt miserably full. So weird huh? Well if anyone can tell me why after some meals have been fulling stuffed even though i have been eating the same. Is it because i am getting smaller? Or did my stomach shrink?

Great job at reaching 133!! I don’t have any evidence to support this comment, so take it as an educated guess/opinion: your stomach is shrinking and you are getting smaller! My fiancée went through something similar. For lunch he used to go to a fast food restaurant and grab something quick (ick!). Then I started packing his lunch and I remember in the beginning he would complain that it never filled him up and the portions were so small… In a couple of months he was 40 lbs lighter and now when he eats lunch he comments on how full he is. :)
