I am so proud of all my buddies! Everyone is doing so good with their exercise. I'm really angry with myself! I don't exercise...I just can't make myself do it. I wait tables so I walk 6-10 hours a day five days a week. Other than that...I'm just spent. I would love to ride a bike, maybe after this divorce is over and I get a place I will. I have a pool and a gym...but I'd have to walk to get there...LOL!! Just kidding! MOTIVATE ME! Or is all the walking I do enough? I need an opinion or two. I'm loosing weight...UGH

I think you are probably burning some calories waiting tables. I was like that at first, believe me! I begged my husband to buy me a treadmill (I use to belong to a gym years ago) b/c I wanted to start back walking and he bought it of course and I got on it the first couple of days and thought, forget this crap, lol. I used it to throw clothes over (you know, the ones you put on and then decide you look like crap and take it back off and throw it, lol). I started out slow but I MADE myself do it. I still don't feel like doing it but I do on most days. I will do anywhere from 30 minutes to 75 minutes (not often)... I get up early and do it before my kids and husband gets up and that way ... I have "ME" time and I know that although I don't always want to ... I'm doing it "for me" and to help me. Sometimes, I even break it up into 2 different sessions. When the weather cooperates, I just go out and play with my kids ...if you get your heart rate up and sweat a little, you know you've burned some calories, lol. What if you just turn up some music and dance around the house while you clean? It sounds dumb, but I do it with my 3 year sometimes and he has a blast, lol. I just hope no one ever looks through the window, hee hee hee.

i just cleaned my house and shined my floor and now im doing laundry hehehe i know i burned megga calories.

By looking at your weight loss, looks like your doing a fine job. I wish I were loosing it that way.

I also wait tables...and my feet are almost ALWAYS hurting...meaning that when I get home from running around all day, the last thing I want to do is go walking for 3 miles...if you have any advice, just let me know!
