Are you that person who likes to overeat like me? But that day of excess ruins your whole week's work. Well, this has been my plan, even while I was losing weight, I discovered "The 5: 2 diet" (500-700 calories 2 days a week) at the beginning of last year and since then a bad day or a weekend with family "almost never" mess ruins my week, I always eat a lot 2 or 3 days of the week, but I also do one day of 0 calories or two days of low calories. I call those days of low calories starvation days haha, but I don't mind to starve myself a couple of days a week knowing that I will enjoy the weekend with my family and my calories will still be on target 🎯

You're welcome, if you fast one day a week, or two days with 500 calories, you will save a lot of calories for the weekend, I feel like I am not missing anything because I can eat a lot on my weekends 😋🐷
