So, full disclosure. I went off the diet and gained over 20lbs over the past six months. Just eating whatever I wanted, usually on the way home from work to pick up the kids and after everyone else was asleep.
I can't live that way anymore. I don't want to put myself at risk for prediabetes (if I don't already have it). I need to get my ish together.
I joined a biggest loser challenge at work. Also considering doing another healthywage challenge for additional motivation.
I plan on doing this fun cardio dance class twice a week and working out with weights at home on the other days.
I can do this. My current look/health is not me, and I refuse to keep using the kids and post-baby life as an excuse. I will make time for me.
