I’ve been having a hard time eating enough calories. I’m losing which is amazing but I know eventually it will catch up with me. Being mindful and decreasing portions has been great and my stomach has adjusted but I think I need to add a fourth meal into my day. I just can’t eat as much at one time anymore without feeling sick.

Have u thought about adding healthy food that’s high on calories? Avocado, nuts, oils?

I’m a really picky eater so I have a hard time figuring what will work for me. I have been working with a nutritionist so hoping to make some of the changes soon.
