Getting a step counting watch also has been very helpful. I may not have the energy to exercise the way I did but my steps also keep me on track.

Keyten77 I was actually afraid I gained from the energy loss so I at least focused on my steps. I’m thankful for this group because I just do try to do all the tricks learned. This progesterone is awful. I feel more fluffy around the middle 😩😂
