a weekend of normal eating (and I mean only 1500 cal per day) results in a significant increase. it is very demoralising! 🙁

is your time of the month due? at this point in my diet I'm trying to not to go over 1300 maybe lower the cals a bit and see how it goes?

not sure but it must be something! I have been sticking to 1000 cal a day so will go back to that and keep my fingers crossed 😊
