Tick Tock and things are progressing nicely.... I am having some injuries creep up from the daily walking (averaged 7 miles a day all last week) I have a shin splint that I am nursing and a toe that I think is bothered by too tight of shoe. Hopefully I can keep from having to stop walking.... Still at a 3-lb loss average a week!
