I start my "military diet plan" today. It's unhealthy but I want to try it for one week only.

Ha ha ha. There is nothing like Military Diet, Mate. It's all about early Morning PT session. PT, Running, Push ups,Pull ups, front roll back roll, rope climbing etc n then drill.
