Hello TOM. :( You and your hunger cravings will not win! Glad you are here and gone in a week. I was so hungry yesterday and still somehow managed to clock in under calories. Whew! And I was scared before I put all the numbers in but I feel great today. My daughter's birthday party at McDonalds was wonderful. All attending had a great time and the tinkerbell cake I made for her was beautiful! Father's Day flew by wonderfully too and my kids finally talked me into getting in the neighbors pool despite my no's. STILL TOO FAT, I felt so disgusting in the bathing suit I am glad no one but my kids and husband were around. Granted I look so much better without the 27 lbs. I have lost but still feel ewww. I did swim for a long time though and it felt good but still.... O well my husband and I decided after I lose 20 more lbs. we will go to Oceans Of Fun. I hope I can accomplish that goal within the next 2 months which would be about my average loss. Not much more to say but all this complaining about my weight and how I feel makes me wanna go work out..... Which I will after the kids get up from napping. Might go mow the yard though....?

Don't feel gross! You've made amazing progress. I go swimming a few times a week and while I still don't feel great in a swimsuit, it's an excellent workout-- you should check on here or on fatburn.com for how many calories it burns- it's ridiculous. Anyway, congrats on resisting temptation and on 27 pounds so far!

Yard mowed.... only an hour and a half later exhausted!! But awesome exercise burned approx. 650 calories O ya!!! :) Sorry all just happy to have got it done because it is 91 degrees outside and that isn't taking in account humidity or anything. Was definitely ready for that cool shower when I was done.
