Good morning FS buddies. Happy Monday. Back to work for another week. My heel is better today. I've been taking an anti inflammatory and icing it twice a day. I can walk on it but still feel the pain but at least it's bareable! I hope to go for a walk today at lunch. I've been feeling sluggish as I haven't done much in the last 5 days. A little outdoor time will definitely help. The sun is suppose to shine today and get up to 10°C here. I need to get back on track today with the eating too. I haven't eaten much protein in the last few days. Just lots of veggies (carbs) Cheers to you all!

Hi Aggie, glad to hear your heel is feeling better -that can be very painful I hear and hard to get rid of . Sounds like it was to be a beautiful day -hope it comes our way. Hope you got back on track--I know I need to after having a sugar binge on the weekend. Have a great week. :)
