I'm frustrated because I weigh the same.

My clothes are bigger though.

Evidently I've built muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, and that's the reason the scale doesn't move-- or won't move for a bit, while I get to the muscle mass I want, I guess?

But as someone who's programmed to TRUST THE SCALE, instead of trust your own body and how your pants fit, it still stings.

Anyway I'm going shopping today cos I need new clothes in smaller size yet again. Lost 3 sizes so far.

STILL FRUSTRATED.
