Happy Wednesday all! Well, it's official. I have plantar fasciitis. I need $450 orthodics which will take 3-5 weeks to get. In the meantime, my heel hurts everytime I get up to walk. And I'm dying to get back outside and go for walks with my co-worker at lunch. I'm going to try today as the chiropodist that I saw yesterday has taped my foot up. It feels better. I will have to keep iceing it and hope for the best.
