Okay, really going to make an effort to get back on the bandwagon. I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and will have a light lunch and supper.
It's gonna be tough today because emotionally I will want to eat today. Having an argument with hubby and we currently aren't speaking to each other, so I would typically console myself with food, but I refuse!! Adding pounds back on will NOT make me feel any better. However, if I could lose some pounds...that would make my day!
It's raining outside which just makes me feel blah. Today is not a very inspiring day to restart my diet, but I don't care. I'm going to try to anyway. I guess I should have weighed in this morning, but really didn't want to know how bad I've done lately. I think I will really put an effort into losing over the next week and then weigh-in next Monday. Hopefully, it will be better then.
