I stayed the same in my weight today. I figured i would because i got sort of lazy and only did 30 min of walking and nothing for strength. I'm gona try to make it to curves today and do maybe and hour of walking. hope all goes well cuz im still sort of feeling that lazy mode. at least im eating on track.
