I'm feeling pretty good today. Hungry most of the time but it's not outrageous hunger. Years ago, every time I felt hungry, I'd go out for a walk around the block. Can't do it now because too many people haven't shoveled and it's very slippery. I DID shovel twice today for exercise. Whoop, whoop!
One of the best things about recording my food is that I'm inspired to actually cook fun new things to keep from getting bored.
I am looking forward to weigh-in on Friday: I'm sure I will have dropped at least 1 pound.

Inspired by food journal also, but I'm not much of a cook. I can throw some stuff in a crockpot a turn it on tho! ha. I dont miss shoveling snow AT ALL! Now I sweep the porch. Much better, tho not as much exertion. Love the practical exercise.
