A goal that I have set for myself this year is to complete a 5k. I've been training for a few months on and off and have really been taking it seriously since the beginning of the year. Tonight I hit a milestone by running a mile straight!!! And what's more is that I honestly could have kept going! I'm so proud of myself. I couldn't even run a mile in high school.
