I have more than adequately met my required water intake - and not just for the challenge. I'm a little high on sodium so I wanted to make sure that I had plenty of water to flush it out. I have to say, it's absolutely ridiculous that water has sodium in it.
I am hoping, hoping, hoping, that I show a loss tomorrow.

Also, made YourLighterSide's "Potato Skins" tonight. Yum! If I can get the finicky teenage girl to eat veggies, you know it's a win. And she did. Damn near ate mine too.

Good day all around. I'm back on track with my calories and carbs so that's a HUGE relief. I can't wait until my knee is sufficiently healed for me to start working out.
