If you logged everything, my formulae say you should have lost .7 pounds over the past 7 days even though the scale says you weigh the same. You might still have some water weight left over from Sunday. I trust the formulae more than the scale when it comes to fat loss. Keep the deficit going and the scale will eventually catch up.
