Indigestion was back yesterday morning, so I decided to have a fast day just to give my stomach a rest and settle the acids. I drank lots of water and herbal tea and feel great this morning! Yoga this morning felt great and my stomach feels back to normal even after breakfast. This could be the Yogi endorphins talking, but this is gonna be a great week! ♥️ Shine on, FS friends!
