In-laws showed up and tried to be chummy. Have them my bitch look and walked away. My kids were a nervous wreck so I told them to look straight ahead, keep walking and don’t stop! Now to decide just how I’m gonna handle it. I believe my middle has realized she’s being singled out. They’ve went against our wishes and came to things for the other two but not her. It’s sad because she’s the one who wanted to just stay quiet and hope they started respecting us but went along with our decision because it’s what’s best for her sisters. She’s the one they either respect enough to not come or have intentionally missed every single thing she’s had and she’s had many.
Between that and this cough that won’t leave, I have never been so happy that we ate out and my meds were at home. Snickers here I come! 200 kcal of toast would be better but 250 isn’t that much more. I also won’t wake everyone up this way. Plus I can find all kinds of excuses so I’ll just eat it and enjoy it. Tomorrow’s another day. I’m where I want to be so a few days at or above maintenance won’t hurt a thing! Omg I love CICO and flexible dieting!
