I have only weighed myself at 170 lbs 3 times before and that is what my scale read this morning. My filtered weight is 0.2 lbs from it's lowest value. I have, for intents and purposes, equaled my first (and highly successful) weight loss attempt. What is better is that I am struggling less now than I did then. The noise in my weight was significant, I was gorging myself one day and dieting the next. The weight loss was slow.

I have 7.5 lbs to go before I reach my goal.

Lately I have been looking at my body, not recognizing it. I sometimes wonder if the legs attached to me are my own. It's become a weird feeling that I have lost all the weight I have.
