Yesterday was weightlifting day. I'm starting to see a trend where I'm almost always up a pound or two the next day with weightloss occurring the next day. Keto eating does make a difference and body size is 2 in. less around waist/chest compared to this time last year. Same weight though🤔🙄

Inflammation from your muscles tearing and repairing themselves - especially if you do a new routine for legs/glutes... some of the bigger muscles.
