My fast days go well! At first, I thought I would be jonesing for food, but most of it is my approach to fasting. I drink lots of water during the day after toast with almond butter in the morning. Around 2pm I drink chocolate flavored Amazing Grass Green Superfood. At 6:30pm I eat one apple, then before bed maybe a small snack. I actually look forward to my fast days (Tues and Fri) now since I am giving my body a detox from everything. Try it! While I am not an expert, let me know if you have questions!
