I get down in the dumps about my weight not changing but I need to be honest with myself... I’ve been cheating on my diet. My boyfriend just makes it so hard for me with all of the cheesy breads and pancakes. I went back to my house though, so we will see what this week brings me 😋

He’s stubborn with his eating habits but I’m trying to change mine so my cravings won’t over power my diet... it being that time of the month didn’t help either

I live with that daily....late night brownies wafting by my nose. It;s not easy.... but at least you didn't gain!
