So, worked all day Friday, flew out of Philly that afternoon, after one connection I landed in Austin, took turns driving with my oldest daughter from there back to Philly... food intake wasn't monitored; but, aside from stopping for coffee, cheese and gas (usually at travel plazas) the random snacking included keto (friendlier) trail mix, Kind bars and beef jerky - I lost the opportunity to capture 20 hours of driving the first day, followed by 6 hours of sleep (by THAT time, I'd been awake 43 hours) and another 10 hours of driving, then stayed awake till baby girl flew in from China - geez, I ain't 21 no more, good thing I'm only working half days this week.
