My New Individual Record after 14 years: 90-min running on the treadmill -> distance covered: 8.5 km, speed: ranging from 5.1 and 6.5 km/hour. I'm proud I could reach that level with my 86 kg weight after so many years of doing almost no jogging. My longest one was in 2005 when I was able to run 12 km in less then 74 mins. Compared to that, my present result is far from my desired goal, though I'm glad I could finally get out of my comfort zone again.

WOW! If I ever ran 8.5km (however many miles that is), I would never be able to report it, because I'd be DEAD probably! Congratulations to you! Glad to see you're gettin' your groove back!

Thank you. The strange thing is only the first 33 mins were though, it got easier after half an hour.
