ok I'm back...hit a plateau. life has been...meh. I can admit I need y'alls support to do this since nobody (that I know) within a 500 mile radius seems to give a sh*t about their health and fitbess. so here I am. my goal is 20 more lbs down by spring break. what do y'all think?? is it doable?
