Started on Monday and am doing pretty good. The main thing I always liked about Atkins was that after a few days, appetite diminishes and believe me for me that is a great thing. I have always had a big appetite, and that is another reason I love Atkins. I know that I can eat if I am hungry as long as I eat whats allowed. I also love meat and cheese so this is an easy diet for me to follow. The chocolate cravings are the hardest, but I am so motivated that I haven't been craving it at all!! Now I just need to start the exercise part of it. I want to, but am so pooped when I get home, lots of stress at work means that I have to drag out of bed in the morning. I love what I do, just not the situation that the company I work for is going through right now. I am prone to depression and I know that exercise would help with that, just have to get motivated to move.
