Okay, I'm going to get back on track. I really haven't been over eating or eating too bad, but not as good as I need. I keep putting working out and logging my food off, "I'll do it tomorrow" but I never do.

My hubby surprised me the other night and went to go get us food from Taco Bell, and out of habit when he asked me what I wanted I ordered a Baja Blast. I know I didn't need the fast food either, but we don't get to do stuff like that very often so I took it. That was the first soda I had drank in 2 weeks.

Today, I've already logged my breakfast and plan on working out in a few hours. I'm ready to get back on track!

Also, when I first started and was consistent on eating healthy, logging, and working out every few days, I gained two pounds instead of losing it... has that happened to anyone else?
