I just can't get back to losing. I'm doing my normal stuff no major changes but just can't get back on track. With my stomach growling a lot you think I would be losing. Lol It's so frustrating. I didn't do water like I planned though so this week I'm going to make sure I do that and try exercising too. If that doesn't work maybe I need to cut more calories during the week .
