I never realized that "my own diet plan" is actually Keto! I always thought it was a modified Atkins! Never read up on Keto before but it's exactly what I'm doing and how my digestion feels best. Although I DO eat cheese. And low carb "yogurt". But little other dairy (can't digest it). I'll have a small amount of rice, quinoa or potato once in a while but still stay under 30 net carbs. I found YEARS ago that gluten is my enemy. Bloating, gas, tummy ache... I hate that I seem like a band wagon girl with Keto and gluten free, but hey, I feel better than I have in a LONG time.Now let's just see some more loss!!

Cheese is keto. If you aren't losing, please look at cutting your calories. I know "they say" you don't have to limit calories on keto, but many women do.

the Atkins diet is a keto diet. I think keto is just about staying in ketosis so all other diets where that is a goal fall under it. I would say that I would watch some of those high carb items. If ate rice it would throw me out of ketosis. That would slow things down. Good luck with the diet. It is a lot of fun
