Well....did I make it through the day okay? I am still under 1500 calories, barely, but I overindulged on the snacks, again... I have the worst time with the munchies in the evening, especially when my husband has hit the sheets and I am still downstairs. You can only play so much BINGO (!!!!) on-line, and facebook just doesn't do it for me anymore. I watched TV, which I really don't care for, and even read my book longer than I usually do. Forget this! I am going for a walk. Might not be a big one, kind of scary in the dark, but I have to get out of here!!! Wish me luck....lots of ghosts and goblins are starting to come out.
