After loosing 7 pounds on the detox phase, one pound is a little disappointing but at least it is going in the right direction.

Yeah, I also thought the same thing when I went from phase one to phase two. But at least you are keeping the weight you lost off and losing more, so its worth it. Keep going, your doing a great job!

Hey thats great! I am also only losing 1-2 lbs per week since detox- They say when you lose slowly it tends to be fat you lose rather than just fluids- I don't really know. I'm happy as long as the scale keeps going down- Keep it up!!

You don't have much to lose so it will definitely slow down a bit. Congrats on your progress!
