6 WEEKS TO GO UNITL I GO TO SPAIN. In January when started this WOE I put up a laminated sheet on my kitchen cupboard labelled " Reasons to stick with it " There were numerous ones - all the usual things and there was " Imagine walking throught the airport 2-3 stone lighter ( 28lb - 42lb) "
I have surpassed that already and I have 6 weeks to go! BIG TICK
The others on the list were: 1) "Your back - You are like an old lady , a cripple - you've no confidence to do things because you are so heavy"
TICK - Running / cycling and general mobility

"Your health - you are obese! You are only going to get heavier - your heart - you'll DIE young"
TICK - I am now 'normal' weight albeit high normal (still a work in progress)
3) "Yourself - think how you'll feel as it falls off and you can wear differerent stuff - that funky demin skirt - FUNKY DIVA not dowdy mama.
TICK - Denim skirt size 12
4) You can't sit in a swing - TICK 5) You can't romp in bed - X Haven't been able to test till I get to Spain ;) 6)You can't shop in TOPSHOP - X Can but haven't done so yet! 7) Your legs rub together - X still do a bit. 8) You can't run , jump or dive - TICK TICK TICK "You must do this - little steps - Imagine walking through the airport 2 - 3 stone lighter! "
Suffice to say - this laminated sheet will stay with me as a reminder of how far I've come - BUT most importantly of where I never want to be again.
