Only down 2 pounds this week...which is completely normal and healthy, but after 7 pounds last week, it's a bit of a downer. But, I also just started my cycle today, so I know I have extra water retention. I'm finding it challenging to not become extreme in the chase for more weight loss. I'm fighting against the unhealthy/disorder tendency I have to become obsessive and sticking to focusing on healthy eating. That, combined with yoga, journaling, and meditation every morning is definitely helping. Onward and up(down)ward!
